Vineyard
Fruit comes from two high-profile vineyards in the Upper Yarra Valley. A mix of whole bunch press and skin contact fruit parcels, ambient yeast ferment in 500L puncheons. ’22 was a cool year, with good fruit density. Textural and composed.
Winemaker's note
The wine has a seductive, round feel on entry and good mid palate weight. Textural and dry, with good phenolic grip. Struck match aromas are complemented by ripe white stone fruit and florals.
