This Fireside Winery & Cellar Bar will be celebrating the NEXT GEN of Yarra Valley Wine. Small scale, owner operators, the movers and shakers of the Yarra Valley wine region.
Join Jayden Ong and feature producers Tillie J Wines, and Stuart Dudine from Alkimi, as we delve into fresh wines and new fresh styles of winemaking.
To complement the wines on show we will be firing up the charcoal, cooking wonderful local produce, and slinging smokey skewers all weekend, as part of the Fireside festival. Reserve your table for lunch and dinner, or walk-in for a casual drink and a few skewers. Choose from a selection of skewers showcasing the finest cuts of meat, delicious grilled cheeses and fresh local vegetables, all cooked over premium charcoal.
Ticket price includes a selection of 3 succulent skewers $24pp

Other delicious dishes will be available to complete your meal including the freshest grilled seafood and a Two Course Chef’s Menu – main course followed by local cheese or lemon tart – $58pp
Then enhance the experience by including a glass of Champagne on arrival or Producer Wine Pairing.
Three-wine pairing experience – $45pp available across the whole weekend featuring Tillie J, Alkimi, Jayden Ong Wines.A two-course children’s menu is also available – $25
Dining
Jayden Ong Winery & Cellar Bar is open for drinks and dining. Bookings for 1 – 24 guests can be made online and for a dining time of 2 hours. Our a la carté menu is available alongside our Chef’s Menu. The seasonally changing three-course Chef’s Menu is $85pp and features a selection of dishes served in the family style of dining.
Groups 7+ who are joining us to dine, automatically dine from the seasonal Chef’s Menu. Dietary requirements and preferences will be accommodated with notice.

Wine Experience
Take some time to explore the four ranges of wine made in-house by Jayden Ong. An engaging, alternative wine tasting and conversation with the people who make the wine. Allowing 30 minutes for the tasting, explore 5 wines from the day’s offering (40ml pours, 200ml in total)
$20 per person, includes chilled still or sparkling water. Possibly a few laughs. Tasting contribution is redeemable in full with 3+ btl purchase, or by signing up to our wine club on the day, Magnum Opus.

Our new custom built Winery & Cellar Bar is open for lunch & dinner in the heart of the Yarra Valley, at 8 Hunter Road, Healesville. Serving all four ranges of wine made by Jayden Ong, as well as some local legends and a lengthy list of compelling internationals. Plenty of options offered by the glass, as well as refreshing local beer and well made cocktails using unique hand crafted spirits and ingredients.
