A tongue-in-cheek nod to Burning Man in Nevada, Burning Lamb is a celebration of delicious Yarra Valley lamb, cooked outdoors over premium charcoal.

There will be refreshing cocktails, fantastic wines and wild tunes all weekend! Join us for our Wine Experience, drinks and a delicious lamb feast from:

12pm – 9pm Friday and Saturday

12pm – 5pm Sunday

Winery & Cellar Bar

Our new custom built Winery & Cellar Bar is open for lunch & dinner in the heart of the Yarra Valley, at 8 Hunter Road, Healesville. Serving all four ranges of wine made by Jayden Ong, as well as some local legends and a lengthy list of compelling internationals. Plenty of options offered by the glass, as well as refreshing local beer and well made cocktails using unique hand crafted spirits and ingredients.

A free-fall into the world of wine. Visiting the Jayden Ong Winery & Cellar Bar is one of the most captivating food & wine experiences in the Yarra Valley. Simultaneously, the excitement and the sense of calm should make this an automatic inclusion on your winery ‘hit list’.

Our philosophy pays homage to the very best ingredients, cooked simply. Fresh sustainably fished seafood, pasture raised meat from local farmers, the first peas of spring pulled from the garden that morning. From the service to the produce, the magic is in the detail. Dining

Jayden Ong Winery & Cellar Bar is open for drinks and dining. Bookings for 1 – 24 guests can be made online and for a dining time of 2 hours. Groups of 7 or more automatically dine on the seasonal Chef’s Menu $80 per person.

Please take note, the Yarra Valley is a cool climate region and in the cooler months our winery is kept at an optimum temperature for our wine in barrel and tank. However, we have some heating in the winery and our outdoor undercover area is heated. For your comfort, we recommend wearing warm clothing when visiting us for drinks & dining.

Wine Experience

Take some time to explore the four ranges of wine made in-house by Jayden Ong. An engaging, alternative wine tasting and conversation with the people who make the wine. Allowing 30 minutes for the tasting, explore 5 wines from the day’s offering (40ml pours, 200ml in total)

$20 per person, includes chilled still or sparkling water. Possibly a few laughs. Tasting contribution is redeemable in full with 3+ btl purchase, or by signing up to our wine club on the day, Magnum Opus.
