VINTAGE 2023

At this stage, vintage for Jayden Ong Wines looks like kicking off mid-March 2023.

With that in mind, there will be grapes and ferments in the winery from that time onwards, if you’re interested in how wine is made come on down Friday – Sunday to see us in action.

Easter Weekend

We will be serving a special two-course menu across the Easter weekend, available from 4pm Good Friday, and from 12pm Easter Saturday and Sunday. We will be closed on Easter Monday.

Two-Course Chef’s Menu, $70pp

Noix de Jambon, Wagyu Bresaola

Heirloom tomatoes, white anchovy, basil pesto, capers

Marinated olives

Fresh baguette & local cultured butter

Plus there will be luxurious dishes available to add to your menu, including Southern rock lobster (pre-order), Sydney rock oysters shucked to order, and delicious local cheeses.

Winery & Cellar Bar

Our new custom built Winery & Cellar Bar is open for lunch & dinner in the heart of the Yarra Valley, at 8 Hunter Road, Healesville. Serving all four ranges of wine made by Jayden Ong, as well as some local legends and a lengthy list of compelling internationals. Plenty of options offered by the glass, as well as refreshing local beer and well made cocktails using unique hand crafted spirits and ingredients.

Our philosophy pays homage to the very best ingredients, cooked simply. Fresh sustainably fished seafood, pasture raised meat from local farmers, the first peas of spring pulled from the garden that morning. From the service to the produce, the magic is in the detail. Dining

Jayden Ong Winery & Cellar Bar is open for drinks and dining. Bookings for 1 – 24 guests can be made online and for a dining time of 2 hours. Groups of 7 or more automatically dine on the seasonal Chef’s Menu $80 per person.

Wine Experience

Take some time to explore the four ranges of wine made in-house by Jayden Ong. An engaging, alternative wine tasting and conversation with the people who make the wine. Allowing 30 minutes for the tasting, explore 5 wines from the day’s offering (40ml pours, 200ml in total)

$20 per person, includes chilled still or sparkling water. Possibly a few laughs. Tasting contribution is redeemable in full with 3+ btl purchase, or by signing up to our wine club on the day, Magnum Opus.
