Drink Victorian 2024 – Interstellar II
Drink Victorian is a celebration of local greatness, of the innovation and creative spirit that make the drinks industry in Victoria so vibrant. And here in the Yarra Valley our cup spilleth over.
Saturday 1 June – Sunday 30 June
For the month of June at Winery & Cellar Bar we will be celebrating a number of Yarra Valley wine stars of cosmic proportions including Mount Mary, Thick as Thieves, Yarra Yering, Giant Steps and Gembrook Hill. Premium wines by each of these producers will be available by the glass or bottle alongside our own Yarra Valley wines. A fresh menu has been crafted for the month, derived from the very best produce from the small farmers, butcher’s and fisherman we are proud to work with.
Ticket price includes a choice of luxury main course $48pp
~ Dry-aged O’Connor club steak, charred onion, béarnaise sauce
~ Local exotic mushroom tart, pickled onion, endive
~ Hibachi grilled flounder fillets, lemon, caper butter, Yarra Valley caviar
Six-wine tasting experience including one wine from each producer $55pp
Two-course children’s menu $25pp
Then enhance the experience by including a glass of Champagne or Wine Experience on arrival, and irresistible optional additions on the day such as Fresh oysters shucked to order, Chargrilled quail, Buxton trout & Yarra Valley Caviar, Moreton Bay bugs with garlic butter, and Chargrilled eggplants, as well as a selection of local cheeses and our famous Salted caramel & chocolate tart.
Dining
Jayden Ong Winery & Cellar Bar is open for drinks and dining. Bookings for 1 – 24 guests can be made online and for a dining time of 2 hours. Our a la carté menu is available alongside our Chef’s Menu. The seasonally changing three-course Chef’s Menu is $85pp and features a selection of dishes served in the family style of dining.
Groups 7+ who are joining us to dine, automatically dine from the seasonal Chef’s Menu. Dietary requirements and preferences will be accommodated with notice.

Wine Experience
Take some time to explore the four ranges of wine made in-house by Jayden Ong. An engaging, alternative wine tasting and conversation with the people who make the wine. Allowing 30 minutes for the tasting, explore 5 wines from the day’s offering (40ml pours, 200ml in total)
$20 per person, includes chilled still or sparkling water. Possibly a few laughs. Tasting contribution is redeemable in full with 3+ btl purchase, or by signing up to our wine club on the day, Magnum Opus.

Our new custom built Winery & Cellar Bar is open for lunch & dinner in the heart of the Yarra Valley, at 8 Hunter Road, Healesville. Serving all four ranges of wine made by Jayden Ong, as well as some local legends and a lengthy list of compelling internationals. Plenty of options offered by the glass, as well as refreshing local beer and well made cocktails using unique hand crafted spirits and ingredients.
