Tasting Note
This bright purple coloured 2019, a little more translucent than the previous vintage, exhibits a complex nose of red and black fruits, dark spice, underbrush, and ripe plum. Medium bodied with with great shape and structure, it is long in the mouth with ripe tannins. Balanced and textured, with ethereal qualities, this wine will benefit from a decant and can be enjoyed over the next 10 years. Bottled unfined & unfiltered.

An old hermit walked around the village and surrounding area day and night, even in the daylight he still carried a lit lantern. One day the villagers had enough curiosity to ask him “Sir, why do you carry your lantern lit in the daylight?” He said, “Because I’m searching for an honest man.”
